We operate a no-refund model for completed purchases. Please read product descriptions carefully before ordering.

Exceptions (rare)
A refund will be issued only when:

1. AZSE cancels your order before dispatch, or
2. A statutory right under Indian consumer law requires a refund.

No other refund requests (including change-of-mind or courier-returned parcels) will be entertained.
