Carrier All orders are dispatched via DTDC.
Dispatch time We ship within 1-2 business days of receiving a confirmed order (excluding Sundays & public holidays).

Receiving your parcel
- A signature may be required. Make sure you or a trusted alternate (family member, neighbour, etc.) is available at the shipping address.
- AZSE is not liable for loss, damage, or misplacement once delivery is confirmed by the courier.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you when we dispatch your order. If you don’t see the email, write to hello@azse.in with your Order ID.
